GENERAL RATE INCREASE (GRI) EFFECTIVE 21 JUNE 2010
GENERAL RATE INCREASE EFFECTIVE 21 JUNE 2010 FROM SOUTH AFRICA TO NORTH ASIA, SOUTH EAST ASIA AND SOUTH ASIA
Wish to inform that in order to continue providing reliable and regular service, we need to increase our rate to mitigate the raising in operating cost. As such we like to announce General Rate Increase (GRI) to be implemented on 21 June 2010.
With effect from 21 June 2010, all rates from ports in South Africa to South East Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia and Philippines), South Asia (Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Gulf/Upper Gulf) and North Asia (China, Japan, Taiwan and Korea) to will be increased by a minimum quantum of USD100 per Teu.
