The MISC Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (CoBE) and MISC Anti-Bribery and Coruption Policy and Guidelines ("ABC Manual") are implemented throughout the Group and reflect our commitment to fight any corupt and unethical practices as we strive to conduct our business responsibly.

MISC has put in place measures to ensure that our employees and partners adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations and consistently uphold the highest standards of integrity and accountability.

MISC is committed to respecting internationally recognised human rights in areas of its operations, complying with its Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (CoBE), and all relevant legal requirements.
